How much does social media management cost?
It depends on how many platforms you need, how often you post and how much video is involved. We have three monthly plans, Starter, Growth and Scale, and we send a clear quote once we understand your business. Advertising spend is always separate and billed direct to you.
Which social media platforms do you manage?
We manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, and post to your Google Business Profile. We recommend the platforms where your customers actually spend their time: for most KZN businesses that means Facebook and Instagram, with LinkedIn for business-to-business.
Do you create the content, or do we supply it?
We create it. Copy, graphics, Stories and Reels are made in-house by our team in Hillcrest. We will ask you for news, products and photos from your business, because real images of your team and work build more trust than stock photography.
Can you run Facebook and Instagram ads too?
Yes. Our ads team runs Meta campaigns alongside your content calendar, so your best posts reach the people most likely to buy. Ad management is quoted separately, and ad spend is billed direct to you so you always see what goes to Meta.
How will I know if social media is working?
We track reach, engagement and, most importantly, the messages, clicks and enquiries your social channels produce. Reporting is available on request, whenever you want to see the numbers.
Do you only work with businesses in Hillcrest and Durban?
