If a task has not come through this form, it is not in the pipeline: it has no deadline, no owner and no record. That rule protects you as much as it protects us. Every briefed job has a unique ID, a person accountable for it and a delivery date you can hold us to. A WhatsApp, a phone call or a hallway conversation is a great start. The brief is what makes it real.

1 week

Standard lead time

For all non-urgent requests we ask for a minimum of one week. It protects the quality of the work and gives us time to clarify the brief upfront. We often deliver earlier, but early completion is not guaranteed.

Minor revisions included

Each request includes up to two minor revisions. Anything beyond that may carry an added fee, which we flag before doing the work.

Express service

Briefs enter the pipeline within 24 to 48 hours so we can plan and deliver to deadline. When something is urgent we review it immediately and prioritise it within current workload. Where an express turnaround is possible it carries a once-off fee for the extra resources. We confirm quickly whether it is achievable, so you are never left guessing.
